The swimming pool was a big hit for all! Playing tennis was fun for the younger adults and the 16-year-old loved the basement pool table, darts and her own space! The soda pop provided was wonderful and an added bonus for her. Seeing wildlife was a plus for the seniors. The bedrooms in the house are set up so the younger children and seniors can still stay on schedule with bedtimes and not be bothered with the noises of others in the house. This house was the ultimate for our 3 families. Plenty of space for all. Truly a DREAM VACATION!

Everything was great! The house was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great stay!

I truly enjoyed this home for my girls get away! Definitely enough space and awesome amenities such as swimming, hot tub, tennis and basketball. Everything that we needed for our stay was there in the home. You can tell that the owners truly care and want to impress their guest. The home was clean, which I’m a stickler about. The view of the lake each morning was perfect for a city girl like myself! Claire’s communication was excellent! I would definitely be coming back again.

The house was absolutely perfect! From the welcome basket to the view of the St. Joesphs River! Each room was comfortable and nicely sized. Our family had a wonderful time playing tennis and basketball. It is a perfect place for a family getaway or celebration! I cannot wait to return!!

Our organization spend a two day weekend at Evan Airbnb. Claire and Evans were great host, they made sure everything we needed was provided. They even left us welcome treats at to entrance, how sweet is that. The location is absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful surrounding. Home was very spacious and welcoming. Evan and Clare made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Our only downside was the weather. This place would be amazing for a summer rental......will definitely be back!

This House was Fantastic with Beautiful surroundings. Everything from start to finish was a great experience here. Claire and Evan are amazing hosts, and the house was perfect for our group of friends ! It was super clean , and well organized. They planned all the details for a convenient and relaxing stay ,The Kitchen was very well stocked , The property is huge and full of activities, amazing library with many board games , Beds are Comfortable , we even loved the welcome package, Cant say enough wonderful things about Claire and Evan's Niles house.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Claire and Evan’s Niles house. It’s so cozy, clean and comfortable, we never wanted to go anywhere. They have throw blankets everywhere!! We were welcomed with an adorable basket filled with wine, snacks and souvenirs. We got to meet Claire and Evan when they came to plow the driveway and they couldn’t have been more lovely! Thank you again for being incredible hosts, can’t wait for next time!

Everything from start to finish was a great experience with Evan & Claire. Their estate is spectacular and our group felt like we really lucked out catching it at the price we did for a winter special. We would love to come back and enjoy all the property has to offer during summer season as well! The kitchen, living room & basement were great social spaces for a larger group. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable & inviting. As a parent to one of the one-year olds in our group, I really enjoyed the large back bedroom that was farthest removed from central spaces. And waking up to the River view was picturesque. 5 stars all around for the property and the interactions with the hosts.

This home screams luxury, comfort, and a great vacation. Nestled on the St Joseph river it has great scenery an awesome patio and a cool bonfire pit. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the gameroom was so much fun. Walking outside in the morning I got to see rabbits, woodpeckers and a group of Northern chickadees playing in the trees.House is child-freindly as well. The hosts were super helpful and the attention to detial was noticable. and by the (Website hidden by Airbnb) awesome Jacuzzi really puts this home over the top. My vacation in this home exeeded my expectations.\
